In 2000, Hon. Bishop Dr. Robert Mutemi founded Global Vision Church (GVC) in response to a divine call to evangelize, establish churches, and disciple pastors. God-inspired principles led to a decentralized leadership model, fostering self-sufficiency among congregations while maintaining unity. GVC's leadership ethos emphasizes Christ-like service, guidance, and empowerment rather than control. Upholding 11 key beliefs, leaders are called to surpass past achievements, embodying grace to fulfil their God-given mandate as stewards of divine mysteries, and advancing the ministry from glory to glory.
Our Mission:
To make Christ known through praying, individual witnessing, Preaching, planting churches, training and teaching the believers and communities to embrace and demonstrate the caring Love of God through acts of mercy and grace. (Isaiah 60:22)
Our vision:
A community of influential witnesses of Jesus Christ preaching the Gospel of God's Love by word and their transformed lives. (Acts 13:38-39)

Our Bishops
Our bishopric stance is to inspire and rekindle the fire of evangelism in all our pastors and congregations because we are a mission-oriented ministry. Individual congregations are Self-governing, Self-propagating and self-supporting. The national office oversees the doctrine and spiritual fellowship and charity institutions.
